On Track Recruitment Solutions are a leading Western Australian labour Hire Agency. We specialise in Rail Labour Hire, Civil Labour Hire & Construction Labour Hire.

Our clients range from Tier 1 contractors to mid-level sub-contractors and small operators in the construction, rail & civil industries.

We provide Labour Hire to infrastructure projects (main roads, bridges, rail projects), construction sites (residential and apartments building) and Maintenance contracts (Rail, Hospitals, Shopping Centres).

Construction projects & infrastructure projects have become incredibly complex and we know the importance that our clients place on having the right workforce on the job to get the project delivered on time and on budget.

Often for large projects we begin working with our client’s months in advance of start dates by getting a detailed brief of the project and analysing the workforce requirements. We then set about recruiting the required experienced labour hire staff to fill the upcoming positions.

Our recruitment process involves trawling through our vast database and network of experienced candidates, then conducting detailed phone and in person interviews, detailed reference checks, medicals & inductions. Our aim is never to simply fill roles with bodies it is to fill the roles with the right bodies. An experienced, motivated and focused labour hire workforce will the difference between a successful and unsuccessful project.

Through out the length of the project we will stay in contact with both clients and employees ensuring that both parties are happy. This is another crucial step.
